Order Confirmation
Customers who place an online order will receive an initial e-mail confirmation shortly after the order is placed. The e-mail confirmation will list all the items in your order, the amount of the order, and the shipping address for the order. You will also receive a second e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped.
If you are sending items as a gift, all e-mails and letters will be sent to you, the purchaser.

You may go online to Order Status to view your order history. After you have received your ship confirmation e-mail with your tracking number, you can track your order at Order Tracking.

Canceling an Order
You may make any changes that are needed at any time before you submit the order. See How to Make Corrections to your Order. However, once you have completed the online checkout process and have submitted your payment information, you will need to contact us by email or phone to make any changes - Contact Customer Service.

Payment Options
We accept credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express), also PayPal and Google Checkout. At this time we are not accepting Purchase Orders, or offering payment terms.

Sales Tax
We charge 9.0% sales tax on all orders shipped within WA state (including shipping charge, by law). Sales tax will appear in your order total upon checkout.

Shipping Options
 
We ship only within the United States. We offer standard Ground shipping for online orders, which ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, when appropriate for size and weight of package.
If you require expedited shipping (additional charges apply), please contact Customer Service before placing your order online.
Please note: "Delivery times" shown below are from the time your order leaves our door. Allow an additional 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the internal processing and packing of your order.
- UPS Ground Delivery
Delivery time is 2-6 business days after order processing time, depending on shipping destination. (see chart here)
- USPS Priority Mail Delivery
Used for orders weighing under 4 lbs. Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery, after order processing time.

USPS will deliver to a PO Box. However, UPS requires a physical address for delivery.

Other Delivery Information
Items ship within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most orders will ship in one box. If you order is large, and is shipped in multiple boxes, you will receive a tracking number for each box.

You can shop for a product on our site in several ways:
Using the "Categories" tabs at the top of the page, you can view a list of all products within a category. By clicking on the image, item name, or "(more details)" in the descriptions, you will be directed to the item detail screen, with larger images and all details about the item.
On the right side of the page, you will find an area to search by price range. You will find this convenient when searching for a gift within a particular budget.
Don't want to browse? Try our "Search" box at the top of the page by entering a descriptive word or product name. If you leave the box empty and click Search, you will be taken to a detailed search page and a listing of all products.
You can also see a site map of all products for sale by clicking "Product Site Map" in the navigation section on the left side of the page.
