InAndOutGifts.com is a direct marketing retailer, based in the Pacific Northwest. We provide quality garden gifts and toys to customers via our online store. We carry our own inventory, and all order processing and shipping is done from our facility.

At this time we do not offer a printed catalog.

Can I cancel or change my order after I submit it?
You may make any changes that are needed at any time before you submit the order. See How to Make Corrections to your Order. However, once you have completed the online checkout process and have submitted your payment information, we are unable to make any changes to your order. If you do receive an item that is defective, see our Return Policy. If you have any problems with your order, please contact Customer Service.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt of your
order, if you are not fully satisfied in every way, you may return your item(s)
for exchange, replacement or refund of purchase price. See our Return Policy for complete details.

Will you send an order confirmation?
Online orders will receive an initial e-mail confirmation of the order shortly after the order is placed. The e-mail confirmation will list all the items in your order, the amount of the order, and the shipping address for the order. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped.
If you are sending items as a gift, all e-mails and letters will be sent to you, the purchaser.

I received a damaged or incorrect item in my order.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service department.

An item is missing from my order.
We occasionally pack and ship larger orders in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time. If the estimated total delivery time has passed and you haven't received the missing item, please contact our Customer Service department.

Why did my order arrive in two or more shipments?
We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. But if some products are backordered, we don't want to hold up your entire order. We send you the in-stock products right away. We ship the backordered products as soon as they are available. We'll send you an e-mail confirmation for each package that leaves our facility.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our usual in-plant processing time is 3-4 days. USPS Priority Mail takes an additional 2-3 days for delivery, UPS Ground Shipping takes an additional 2 to 6 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

What is my Order Status?
You may check your order status online through our Order Status page. You will need the Order ID number that was provided in your e-mail confirmation, and the e-mail address used to place the order.

Where are the instructions for my Baking item?
Baking instuctions are printed on a card inside the containers of many of our baking products. Unfortunately, they sometimes fall out of the container during handling. Instructions for our Flowerpot Cakes, Dessert & Bread Bakers, Coffee & Tea Cakes can be found online here: Baking Instructions.
