How to Find an Item:
If you know the item you want to order, use the Product Search feature at the top of the page to type in a descriptive word and click on "Search". Try several different words if the item is not found the first time. We will display results that include your search term.

If you are searching for products within a certain budget, try using the "Search By Price" feature, found on the right side of the page.

If you want to browse through a specific category to see what items are available, click on one of the categories tabs across the top of the page:

You will find a summary listing of all products in the category, including small reference photos, a brief description, and price. When you click on a specific item photo or name, an item detail page will come up showing a larger photo of the item, a full description and the price.

You will also notice the "email friend" button on every item detail page. You can use this feature to send an email to someone, letting them know about all the great products offered at our site.

How to Order an Item:
Enter a Quantity
On the item detail page, you are shown a photo and full description of the item. Next to the "buy" button, click inside the square and enter the quantity you want to order. Click "buy" to order.

Add to Cart
When you click on the "buy" button, you will be taken to your shopping cart page. Here, you will see a summary of your order, with options to modify or correct each item.

How to Make Corrections to Your Order:
The "Shopping Cart" page shows the quantity and descriptions of items you have ordered. The price per item and total for each item is listed as well as a subtotal of all items ordered. To find another item, click on the "Continue Shopping" button, and you will be taken back to the last page you were visiting. If your order is correct, click on the "Checkout" button.

To Change the Quantity
Click in the quantity box and type in the new quantity, then click the "Update Totals" button. The quantity and the totals will be updated. Whenever you make a change in your cart, such as changing a quantity, you must click "Update Totals" before you checkout.

To Cancel an Item
To remove an item from your cart, click the box next to the desired item (under the "Select" column). Next, click on the "Delete" button, and that item will be removed and your cart.

To Add an Item
Find the item you want by using the "Search" box at the top of the page, or by browsing one of the categories, using the tabs at the top of the page. Specify the quantity you want, then click on "buy" for that item.

To view your shopping cart at anytime during your visit, click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page or click the "View Cart" button.

Checkout:
When you are finished shopping, and have reviewed your shopping cart for accuracy, you can complete your order by clicking the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.

You will be asked to provide the following information during checkout.

Customer Details
We will ask for your full name, address, phone number and e-mail. Phone number and email address are required. If the daytime phone number is not included, we will not be able to call you if we have questions regarding your order. If the e-mail is not included, we cannot send a confirmation of your order or e-mail you if we have questions. We do not rent or sell your e-mail address to anyone.

Shipping Details
To ship to an person or address other than your billing address, fill out this information. If this area is left blank, your order will ship to the address you entered at the top of the page.

Please review all information you have entered on this page, then click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page to continue.

You will be taken to a order summary page that shows the total price of goods, shipping charges, and applicable tax (for WA state residents). The Grand Total shown is the amount that you will be charged for your order. Enter your payment information on this page and click "checkout" to continue to your confirmation.

Confirmations:
Customers who place an online order will receive an initial e-mail confirmation shortly after the order is placed. The e-mail confirmation will list all the items in your order, the amount of the order, and the shipping address for the order.

A Payment confirmation email will also be sent to you directly from PayPal. Please keep both confirmations for you reference.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive another email from us on the day your order shipped, showing the shipping carrier and tracking number.

If you are sending items as a gift, all e-mails and letters will be sent to you, the purchaser.
